Once you have availed of Bluehost hosting, you can start your make money online journey by setting up a blog. After you set up your blog, you must make sure that there’s a way for advertisers to send money to you.

Here are the things you will most definitely need to earn money online. Having these will make your life easier in the long run.

Important: Always scroll down the pages of the different sites I mention here and look for TOS (terms of service), FAQ (frequently asked questions) or Terms and Conditions. Read and digest everything they state on those pages.

1. A Paypal Email

Some merchants will send checks, but the most common way of payment over the net is through paypal. Go to Paypal.com and sign up. Be sure to note that the page you landed in has “https” on the address bar to be safe. Why you need paypal?

Your clients and other merchants will pay you through paypal because it’s safer for them. They won’t have to pay using their credit cards if you have a verified paypal account. Also, it’s safer for you. When they ask where they will send the money, you can simply give them your paypal email address.

2. A Savings Account in your local Bank

In relation to number one, you will need somewhere to WITHDRAW your paypal money to. Open an account in your local bank and let the cash flow to you. For those in the Philippines, here is the ebay link of the banks that can accept paypal ‘remittance’.

3. Google Account

You need a google account to access the different google services like gmail (free email service), google adsense/adwords (advertising service), google analytics (website statistics) and blogger.com (for building free blogspot blogs)
